About the expelling matter, it's only for VERY INACTIVE
people. So far, i've not seen anyone going to be kicked.

Criteria of people we MIGHT be kicking :

No contact details [Meaning : Blog deleted / privated
+ No MSN given] Plus not tagging for at least a month.

If the person did only 1 thing wrong from above, no
expelling. But if the person did all above, we will give
the person a 1 month time.

Meaning in total, 2 months time from we start notice
for 1 month le. Den 1 more month for danger zone.

If the person is on Hiatus, at least put a hiatus skin or
let the blog remain but just post or sumthing say u on
Hiatus. Not tagging is alright.
